Amendment No. 152, in
clause 29, page 18, line 20, at end insert—
'( ) Alternatively, any person prohibited under this section may apply to the high court for judicial review of the decision.'.
Amendment No. 150, in
clause 29, page 18, line 29, leave out subsection (5).
