I want to intervene on an issue that I raised during our debate on clause 4 in our last sitting. That issue was also raised on Second Reading, but we have not yet had a definitive answer on it, so I would be grateful if the Minister provided one. Is it his
understanding that the term ''treatment'' in the Bill refers to, and includes, hydration and nutrition, howsoever delivered?
