Mr Roger Gale (North Thanet, Conservative)
Before I call the hon. Member for Halton (Derek Twigg), I thank Committee members for their forbearance? It has not been an easy sitting, but I hope that hon. Members will feel that it has been worthwhile. I am cognisant of the fact that some hon. Members have been disappointed because they were unable to speak in this debate. Mr. Hood and I will bear that in mind when calling speakers in future debates. I wish the Committee a happy weekend and I remind all hon. Members that the Committee will sit at 9.10 am on Tuesday morning with Mr. Hood in the Chair and from 2.30 pm until 5.30 pm, when I shall take the Chair. There will then be a short break of 15 minutes when I shall suspend the Committee. The Committee will end its proceedings at 6.55 pm.
Further consideration adjourned.-—[Derek Twigg.]
Adjourned accordingly at six minutes past Five o'clock till Tuesday 9 March at ten minutes past Nine o'clock.
