I beg to move amendment No. 9, in
clause 3, page 2, line 18, leave out subsection (5).
Subsection (5) states:
''Programmes and estimates under subsection (4) must be given—(a) in the form required by the Secretary of State, and (b) at the times required by the Secretary of State.''
