With this it will be convenient to discuss the following:
Amendment No. 38, in
clause 3, page 3, line 1, after 'applicant', insert
'or members of the applicant's family'.
Amendment No. 39, in
clause 8, page 4, line 37, at end insert—
'( ) Subsection (2) will not affect the right of the applicant's family to offer evidence in accordance with section 3(6).'.
