Amendment No. 1, in
clause 2, page 2, line 14, at end insert—
'Subject to a review of the boundaries by the Boundary Committee for England which shall take place before April 2005.'.
Amendment No. 12, in
clause 2, page 2, line 39, leave out subsection (9).
Amendment No. 14, in
clause 2, page 3, line 1, leave out subsection (10).
