May I ask for your guidance, Mr. McWilliam? As you will see, the main effect of the measure is contained in schedule 14. I do not want to try your patience by speaking for too long in the clause stand part debate on the general issues raised by the proposal, only to be told that I have lost my chance to speak on schedule 14. It would be helpful to know what your views are.
