I welcome you to the Chair, Mr. McWilliam. In addressing the two amendments, I hope that the Economic Secretary will deal with some of the problematic issues that we did not cover entirely during the debate on clause 19, which was the introduction to the contents of schedule 2, and in particular with some of the practical problems raised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
