With this it will be convenient to discuss the following amendments: No. 109, in
clause 12, page 10, line 18, at end insert
'consistent with the objective of decommissioning any operating plant at the earliest practical point'.
No. 112, in
clause 13, page 11, line 7, at end insert
'for a maximum period of 12 months'.
