I will start again. I am glad that you have called me to order already, Mr. Sayeed. Could my hon. Friend relate the amendment to clean coal technology? Coal burns more cleanly if gasified. The research has been done, but we need to move from research to demonstration to deployment. Is he making the point that we need to do more than just the science; we need to put the science into practice?
