Order. I draw the hon. Gentleman's attention to the fact that the subject to which he is referring relates to a later debate. I ask him to stick to speaking to the amendment to the clause, whose title refers to security and integrity of supply. That is what I said to the hon. Member for Stoke-on-Trent, North (Ms Walley) earlier.
