I shall give a fuller explanation when we reach the appropriate part of the Bill. The criminal injuries compensation scheme, which we are seeking to amend in the Bill, will allow the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority to reclaim money that it has paid out in compensation. It is an entirely different and separate arrangement from the one that we are discussing in relation to the clause.
