Mrs Anne McGuire (Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Scotland), Department for Constitutional Affairs; Stirling, Labour)
On a point of order, Mr. Cook. Taking on board your advice, would it be appropriate to test the Committee's opinion as to whether clauses 85 to 114 may be taken en bloc at this point?

Mr Frank Cook (Stockton North, Labour)
Taking clauses 85 to 114 together would be impossible because there are Government amendments in between those two clauses. Taking clauses 85 to 89 en bloc is a prospect that the Minister may chose to put to the Committee.

Mrs Anne McGuire (Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Scotland), Department for Constitutional Affairs; Stirling, Labour)
I ask that the Committee's will be tested on that proposal.

Mr Frank Cook (Stockton North, Labour)
Is it the Committee's wish that the clauses be taken together?
