On a point of order, Mr. Cook. I am slightly confused and I hope that you can help me. I thought that we voted to take a bloc of four clauses together and I think that we just voted on one of them only.

You are right that leave of the Committee was sought to consider the clauses together. What seems to have escaped your attention is the fact that there was an objection in the form of a no vote. Therefore, the leave that was sought was negatived.
