With this it will be convenient to discuss the following amendments: No. 2, in
clause 1, page 1, line 7, at end insert
'or in a Part or region'.
No. 3, in
clause 1, page 1, line 8, leave out 'a place in'.
No. 4, in
clause 1, page 1, line 8, after 'Kingdom', insert
'or of a Part or region'.
No. 5, in
clause 1, page 1, line 9, leave out
'place in the United Kingdom'
and insert 'Part or region'.
No. 6, in
clause 1, page 1, line 10, at end insert—
'(1A) In subsection (1), ''Part'' and ''region'' have the same meanings as in Part 2 of this Act.'.
