I thank both the Minister and the hon. Member for Falmouth and Camborne. We have had an interesting and useful debate. We could have further discussions about improvements to canals, which also affect the ecology, but that was not really the purpose of the amendment. I therefore beg to ask leave to withdraw the amendment.
