clause 11, page 8, line 18, leave out
'in relation to its area'.
No. 23, in
clause 11, page 8, line 19, after 'allowances', insert
'following formulae agreed with the Government'.
No. 26, in
clause 11, page 8, line 23, after 'registers', insert 'by the allocating authority'.
