Before we begin, I must inform the Committee that, due to a printing error, new clauses 8 and 9 are on page 1319 of the amendment paper. They should have appeared on page 1315 after new clause 7, and I shall call them then.

On a point of order, Mr. Benton. Are you saying that new clauses 8 and 9 are now grouped? I am anxious to know what will be required of me in a moment.
