I would love to say that there is a technical term ''complusory'' that is different from compulsory, but I can only congratulate the hon. Gentleman on identifying the mistake. However, I ask him to withdraw the amendment purely because of the technical difficulties with printing, as it would cost an enormous amount to reprint the Bill between now and Tuesday next.
