clause 40, page 24, line 3, leave out
'so far as material to the request'.
No. 97, in
clause 40, page 24, line 3, at end insert—
'( ) whether sufficient information has been provided by the applicant to enable a decision to be made;'.
No. 98, in
clause 40, page 24, line 4, at end insert—
', including the possible requirement for an Environmental Impact Assessment of the proposed development.'.
