I am not sure that that is worthy of any response at all. It was a bit half-hearted and not terribly clever. I have engaged fully with the debate, and have not at any stage alleged that what the Opposition said was out of order—just that it would be entirely inappropriate to introduce specifics on policy in a clause that details processes and structure—
