Amendment No. 272, in
clause 2, page 2, line 5, at end, insert
'if a referendum has been held under the Regional Assemblies (Preparations) Act and it has been voted in the affirmative under the provisions of that Act.'.
Amendment No. 117, in
clause 2, page 2, line 8, leave out subsection (3).
