clause 6, page 4, line 25, leave out subsection (7).
Amendment No. 135, in
clause 6, page 4, line 26, after 'policies', insert
'including policies relating to the management of cumulative impact and saturation,'.
Amendment No. 136, in
clause 19, page 12, line 8, after 'application', insert
'unless a saturation policy is in place,'.
Amendment No. 137, in
clause 31, page 17, line 31, after 'made', insert
'subject to the adoption of a saturation policy by the licensing authority,'.
Amendment No. 138, in
clause 35, page 20, line 18, at end insert
'unless a saturation policy is in place.'.
