I am trying to make some progress here. I do not see the word ''cub'' in the amendment. That is the sense of what the hon. Member is putting forward. I am taking up a technical point to ascertain whether the change that Amendment No. 54 would make is legally sufficient. He is importing the word ''cub'' into it, which I do not think a registrar or a tribunal could do. Perhaps ''nursing'' or ''being nursed'' would be appropriate. I am interested in the technicalities.
