I am grateful to the Minister for giving way, as I was not able to intervene earlier. My hon. Friend the Member for North Wiltshire has cited the sources of the evidence from which he is drawing
his conclusions. The Minister has simply said ''I am advised'' and then quoted loftily. Who is he advised by? What are his sources?
