I beg to move amendment No. 271, in
clause 24, page 9, line 18, leave out from 'effect' to 'as' in line 20 and insert—
'(a) unless and until such time as the licensee may be shown to the satisfaction of the registrar to have breached its terms, or
(b) for such period'.
