Thank you, Mrs. Roe. I said that I would be brief, and I intend to be, but I must correct something that I said. I mentioned those who left the Liberal party many years ago, but my hon. Friend the Member for Southampton, Test (Dr. Whitehead) reminds me that their party is no longer represented in Parliament, so the amendment would not cover them.
