Mr James Gray (North Wiltshire, Conservative)

What a disgraceful suggestion, Mr. Stevenson. During an intervention on, I believe, a Liberal Democrat Member I made it clear that one of the good parts of the Bill is that the tribunal and the registrar will have the opportunity to move around England and will, I hope, visit places around the country. The point about the amendments is that they would require the tribunal and the registrar to sit in Wales; they do not merely suggest that they may do so.
