As my hon. Friend is aware, the Report and Third Reading stage of the Bill will be hugely truncated. We will be lucky to get three straight hours of debate, especially if there are a couple of Government statements on that day, so will he undertake not only to bring the amendments back on Report but to do his best to ensure that they are properly discussed in another place?
