I am sorry, but the hon. Gentleman is wrong. The proceedings can be studied on video, as a transcript and on a website. I do not think that there has ever been a set of hearings so widely available to anyone who wants to read them. I suggest that he should refer to them. If he has difficulty in obtaining them, although the videos are in the Library, I shall bring a spare copy.
