Further to that point of order, Mrs. Roe. As I understand it, when the Committee began, you laid down, perfectly properly, the terms by which you wished to conduct the Committee. You made it clear that amendments should be with you in time. You were extremely kind at the beginning of the arrangements, when difficulties arose because it was immediately after Christmas. From now on, however, that is not the circumstance.

Having been on many Committees, over many years, I can say that it is very unusual to have a suggestion that we should change the Committee's arrangements in order to make—
