I am most grateful to the hon. Gentleman. Does he agree that if we are to have an evidence base on which to make progress with the legislation, it will be useful to hear about the experience in Scotland? It would be useful to hear from Scottish Members of Parliament in this Committee about what is happening there, where hunting with dogs has arguably been banned, although there is some dispute about the implication of the legislation.
