I am reassured by the hon. Gentleman's comments. That said, we must bear in mind that there are important issues to be debated throughout the Bill. We should not find ourselves detained for too long on the earlier parts so that we cannot debate later parts. I look forward to the forthcoming debate, because I and many other hon. Members want to raise several points before our consideration of clause 8 on Thursday.
