Scottish Parliament: Scottish education, health, agriculture, justice, prisons and other devolved areas. Some tax-varying powers
Northern Ireland Assembly: Full authority over transferred matters, which include agriculture, education, employment, the environment and health
Welsh Assembly: Welsh economic development, transport, finance, local government, health, housing, the Welsh Language and other devolved areas

New clause 2 - Commencement

'This Act shall come into force at the end of the period of three months beginning with the date on which it is passed.'—[Alun Michael.]
