No. The hon. Gentleman knows that there is a range of indicators by which trusts are assessed for star rating. Those indicators can be patient, capacity, capability and clinical focus. We will always be able to discuss with a particular trust an indicator against which it has not performed well. It is disingenuous to pick out a particular indicator because the hon. Gentleman is not happy with it.
