clause 72, page 28, line 14, at end insert—
'(ee) the need to safeguard and promote the rights and welfare of vulnerable adults;'.
Amendment No. 390, in
clause 72, page 28, line 16, leave out
'purpose specified in paragraph (e)'
and insert
'purposes specified in paragraphs (e) and (ee)'.
Amendment No. 376, in
clause 101, page 40, line 41, at end insert
'and the need to safeguard and promote the rights and welfare of vulnerable adults.'.
