I wish to point out—I suspect that the hon. Member for Ealing, North (Mr. Pound) will be fascinated to hear this, given his criticism of some the words in our definition, such as ''substantial''—that this definition, which was supplied by Carers UK, is the same definition that his Government use to define carers in legislation.
