Does my hon. Friend share my view that the issues highlighted by the hon. Member for Brecon and Radnorshire (Mr. Williams) are by no means exclusive to Wales? They apply equally to rural areas throughout the UK. The application of central standards to other areas has more to do with the relationships between the royal colleges than the relationship between England and Wales.
