clause 1, page 2, line 1, leave out paragraph (b).
Amendment No. 1, in
clause 1, page 2, line 3, at end add—
'(c) Scotland.'.
Amendment No. 20, in
clause 1, page 2, line 3, at end add—
'(c) any two regions with a common boundary.'.
Amendment No. 48, in
clause 1, page 2, line 3, at end add—
'(c) any region which does not meet the criteria identified by the Electoral Commission for inclusion as a pilot region'.
Amendment No. 39, in
clause 9, page 5, line 6, leave out from '(c.2)' to end of line 7.
