May I echo the Minister's thanks to the police, the Hansard writers and, particularly, the Clerk, as well as hon. Members? Although the Bill is short, its Committee stage has been complicated by the complex voting system. I also take the opportunity of wishing the hon. Member for Barnsley, West and Penistone a happy birthday. He can now tie up his horse and claim his bus pass.
