This has been a helpful coda to the debate. I too undertake to study carefully what the Minister has said. I hope that he, in turn, will examine the different wording that he has chosen to employ elsewhere in the Bill to express the same concept. I find that perplexing. The Minister is nodding his head, and on that basis I shall not, in due course, press amendment No. 373 to the vote.
