With this it will be convenient to discuss the following amendments:
No.15, in
clause 5, page 4, line 31, leave out 'an arrestable offence' and insert
'an offence which is triable only on indictment'.
No.14, in
clause 5, page 4, line 31, after second 'offence', insert
'excepting offences under the Road Traffic Acts'.
