The Minister will appreciate that it tracks devious individuals who are well organised through their paramilitary links and connections that they have built up over many years. I am concerned that if a request came from a court, tribunal or body in
the Republic of Ireland, which shares a land frontier with Northern Ireland, it could jeopardise ongoing investigations carried out by the Assets Recovery Agency.
