'In section 35(3) of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (c.33) (scope of Part IV) after paragraph (b)(ii) there is inserted—

''; or

(iii) for an offence under section 9 of the Theft Act 1968 (c.60) (burglary).''.'.—[Mr. Hawkins.]
