With this it will be convenient to discuss the following amendments:
No. 142, in
clause 79, page 37, line 12, at end insert—
'( ) consult any body which is an authorised body for the purposes of section 27 of the 1990 Act or section 28 of the 1990 Act (as amended by section 40 of the Access to Justice Act 1999),'.
No. 145, in
clause 85, page 39, line 25, at end insert—
'( ) consult any body which is an authorised body for the purposes of section 27 of the 1990 Act or section 28 of the 1990 Act (as amended by section 40 of the Access to Justice Act 1999),'.
