I beg to move amendment No. 59, in
clause 49, page 23, leave out lines 31 and 32 and insert—
'( ) The Lord Chancellor may make rules under subsection (4) provided that he has—
(a) published the draft rules;
(b) consulted the Family Procedure Rules Committee; and
(c) had regard to their recommendations.'.
