I beg to move amendment No. 62, in
clause 28, page 25, line 19, leave out paragraph (b) and insert—
'(b) such of the following as are used, by the person providing the system, for the conveyance, including switching or routing, of the signals—
(i) apparatus comprised in the system; and
(ii) software and stored data.'.
