Amendment No. 21, in
clause 2, page 3, line 14, after 'may', insert
'(but is not required to)'.
Amendment No. 22, in
clause 2, page 3, line 14, leave out third 'the'.
Amendment No. 23, in
clause 2, page 3, line 19, at end insert
'but the court has an absolute discretion to refuse adjournment if it considers that the public interest requires that a decision should be made as a matter of urgency.'.
