Can the hon. Gentleman clarify one matter for me in respect of amendment No. 275? I recognise the phraseology from certain equity and land law books. Normally, the third party is referred to as the bona fide purchaser for value. What relevance is there in his refusal to include the words ''for value'' in his formulation?
