That is not necessarily so. I have been involved in family law cases and tried to find out from where various assets came. I know from such experiences how difficult it is to obtain the material to prove the origin of certain assets. That is a fact of human life. If the assets were obtained six months ago, there would be no problem, but if they were obtained eight, nine or 10 years ago people would be at a disadvantage. The records of such transactions are not always easily obtainable.
